BOOK!

This book is incredible! I'm only a few pages in, but it already is listing a large number of the demon clans, devil types, and it even talks about the society of spirits!

I might drop off the face of the earth for a while; not literally, but I just want to keep translating this thing. Who knows? I might find something relating to Slender Man in it.

As for Araxor's last post, I still haven't finished decoding it yet. All I've got so far is a translation from binary.

The book just keeps pul

DS here. The halfling left halfway through writing this three hours ago. He let me take over so that he can continue to translate while I eat for him. The things I do for his selfish hopes.

He doesn't really want to say it, but, even though he wants to be ordinary, even though he wants to be just like every normal human in this world, he knows that he is going to have to be extraordinary in the future. He doesn't want to be, and he would rather have someone else claim the glory.

He doesn't even know I'm typing this right now, the stubborn halfing. He's too focused on translating the book that someone threw at him in the hopes that he won't have to be more than others.

I honestly have no idea why that is. Everyone else I have ever known has wanted to be better than everyone else. Patrick is content being common!

The only reason I'm still helping him is because that book contains answers to who I am. I don't remember anything about myself; my past, my name, even what type of being I am!

I just hope the halfling can speed this the Hell up; at the rate he's going, it'll be months before he finds anything of any use.
